These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and auwin. auwin requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as UMID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID. KYC review is typically completed within one (1) business day. auwin reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your auwin account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify auwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security breach. auwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
auwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled provide significantly stronger protection against unauthorized access.
auwin reserves the right to suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being accessed from an unrecognized location, or exhibits activity consistent with unauthorized access — pending verification by the account holder.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
auwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in PHP. auwin does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals via GCash or PayMaya.
5.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic review. Players may set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) via their account settings under the Responsible Gaming controls.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to linked GCash accounts are typically processed within approximately three (3) minutes after approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within four (4) hours during business hours. All random number generator (RNG) outcomes on certified slot titles and table games are determined by certified, independently audited RNG systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by certified dealers in licensed studios.
auwin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is a demonstrable system error, software malfunction, or data corruption that caused an incorrect game outcome. In such cases, the affected bet amounts will be returned to the Player's wallet.
Sports betting markets are subject to sports betting terms, which govern outcomes, settlement timelines, and void conditions for individual markets. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results from recognized governing bodies for the applicable sport.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the auwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the auwin Platform — including the auwin brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, design elements, text, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of auwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of auwin.
Game content, including slot titles and live dealer software, is provided to auwin under license from third-party game providers. Intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective game providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, auwin's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any games — whether based on contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's auwin account at the time the claim arose.
auwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
auwin does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. auwin will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
auwin's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
auwin collects personal information including your name, contact details, date of birth, financial transaction data, and KYC documents for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. This information is handled in accordance with Republic Act 10173, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.
auwin may share your information with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or regulation, without requiring your consent for such disclosures.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also voluntarily close their auwin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any game on the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit any dispute to auwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting auwin support. auwin will endeavour to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through auwin's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. auwin acknowledges PAGCOR's jurisdiction over disputes involving licensed gaming operators.
auwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where the nature of the amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — auwin will provide reasonable advance notice, which may include notification via the email address associated with your account or an in-platform notification.
